Chris Britto
Chris’ experience is rooted in property and finance — firstly manging a sales team for a large developer and later helping clients find the right capital for their projects and making complex funding feel simple alongside Joe
with their brokerage. Chris has also completed his own commercial conversion projects further adding to his understanding of the clients we serve.
At Kōzō, driving every deal forward, and prioritising relationships are paramount to deliver the service we need to stand out.
Supporting clients through the journey, and helping them get their projects over the line with confidence is where Chris adds immense value.

Ky Benjamin
Ky has overseen more than £1 billion of lending across his 15-year career in the bridging and development space. He has worked with leading lenders including Shawbrook, LendInvest, Glenhawk and Century Capital.
His background spans underwriting and transaction management through to building and managing lending functions, operations, loan management and funder relationships, giving him a comprehensive perspective on how to deliver for both borrowers and capital partners.
At Kōzō, Ky brings his track record in managing complex transactions at all ticket sizes, coupled with a hands-on understanding of how to scale lending platforms, which positions Kōzō to serve brokers, developers and funders with consistency and confidence.
